The new innitiative of ICE to send letters to employers who have employees with social security number mis-matches is in progress. My question is, do these letters go to any employers large or small who have one or two mis-matches, or will these letters just go to employer that have 10 or more mismatches?

I think it's ten or more. There's several articles under IME (and Heads UP:.....)pertaining to the No-Match Rules which is on hold right now due to lawsuit filed by AFLCIO.
