I rarely alow myself to respond to this kind of conversations, One of the things I love about the USA is their beliefs in GOD, it s even printed in their money, USA is a great country, but we need to stop hatred, illegals, legals the land belongs to GOD he will be the one judging our actions. Please, please stop hating others, instead I am giving the challenge to forgive, forgive and you will be blessed. It is sad how people spent their energy and time just to criticize others, show the biggest amount of energy loving others, remember Jesus died for us his love is so great that he died for every single person here, cant we share some of ur love.

I have to say just finalize, I work at the Department (within the state government) that provided welfare and public benefits, I was appointed to work with the hardes cases that were in welfare for years, I was giving many kudos and rewards for my job performance and I can honestly say Illegals are hard working people, the work hard and that is their crime, to work.

I really wish that your lives are filled with blessings that everything you do or touch be bleesed. May God the Lord bless you every single day and provide the wishes of your hearts.

You also said in another posting

I was illegal, then I was deported and you know what?

So you where here illegally and worked for the state government? Confused
I didn't know that was possible.

Well I was illegal in USA, and I worked for the State Department of Workforce Services as well as for the State Department of Corrections.

After three years I was terminated because I did not have permission to work in USA, The ironic thing is that my job was to help people with their work skills, help them to become self - sufficient and to get out of welfare, I can honestly say that I helped a lot of Americans Citizens to get back in their feet, as I say I was even appointed to work with hardest cases.

I also work as a youth counselor; back in 2001, I was in Disneyland with my family and a man approached me and said. “B. thanks to you I am the men that I am today", then he introduced me to his wife and a son" I helped literally hundred of boys as counselor.

Well I was not deported right after my termination from employment I also work in management in a big company, (so believe me, illegals not only work in the fields or in restaurants) but yes if your question is how did I work for the government I did it.

And I was deported because a co-worker later became an special agent with the social security administration, he knew my case and well here I am typing miles away.

While that's great that you were able to help others, the fact remains that you were here illegally and breaking the law. You had to have lied on your employment application when they asked if you were able to work in the US legally. I also don't understand why they wouldn't have found out you were here illegally if they did I criminal background check on you (which I am sure they must have required for your position).

And Bush claims the illegals are doing jobs Americans won't do? It would almost be funny if it weren't so sad......

When I was in jail pending my deportation My son was confused, and he asked me why I was in there, why I do wrong, Well my immediate response was because I wanted to work and I have no permission to do so.

We humans (In my case at least) tend to close our eyes to the truth, and I wanted to be a victim at the time, accountability is something I lacked, I forgot something really important and it is that I am raising a new life, a new citizen a new person.

So one day I pull my son aside, we were struggling here in his new country, we were homeless with nothing to eat; and then I told him "One day you asked why I was in Jail, and today we are in other country, the real reason of this is because I lied I am paying the consequences of my lies, and the worst thing is that I am carrying you guys with me" I wanted my son to learn that lying has consequences soon or later, we get caught and I and our love ones pay the consequences.

I am not bitter, I blame myself, but the beauty of my life now is that Jesus died in the cross to forgive me, Jesus has already forgotten my past I am a new men. If a government or a person stills cannot forgive what I did they are also forgiven by me and by Jesus, that is the beauty of all.

Yes I lied on my job application, yes I broke the law, and I am sorry, I am asking that anyone who has something against people like me, to please forgive me, Again The lord has already done so, what else may I desire? He is everything for me.

We belong to a huge American community here and every time, (and I mean every time) I can be of service to them here I'll do it, even though they may don’t have permission to be here who am I to judge them but if some new missionare needs a co-signer, I am there, or if one them gets pullover by corrupt police I will go down to help them, a translation is needed I’ll do it for free, is the least I can do.

Let me finish with this:

John 8:7 But when they went on with their questions, he got up and said to them, Let him among you who is without sin be the first to send a stone at her.

I did not cross the border illegally, You are right, as far as being a role model for my children you are right as well, good thing is they do not have to lie about immigration status they are US Citizens, and I guess you are right about religion god thing I am not religious perosn, I just live a different life, I mean we learned in USA not to mix business with religion, Jesus is not allowed at schools or business, Forgive if I come across as a religuos person but here we depend upon him, and maybe we are not in touch with reality because my reality is based on him, see one morning we woke up with no money, later that day someone out of nowhere asked me if I was ok, I say "yes" he looked at me and without knowing me he put his hand on his pocket and said; The lord wanted me to give this to someone but I did not know who, Now I know and he handed me a check for an amount enoufh to feed us for one week" Later january 2006 last year I did a consulting job for someone in which I needed a good car my $300 was not going to make it, however I did the job, when I gave hom the results he gave a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a gift,. That was not him, it is my reality. God is with me, I inviting you to give a try.

Blessings

bsanchez, I am a realist, not much of a believer in miracles or fate. I believe we have to earn what we reap - if you think God is handing these things to you, so be it. I just don't share your beliefs.

And why is it that Social Security has not changed its laws? this is a disgrace! millions of foreigners who have not worked a day in the US or have worked very few years ARE ENTITLED to collect SSI, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, medical attention, etc. just because they are 65 years old. Of course the illegals know the laws better than the Americans, and they quickly get pregnant to collect all kinds of benefits as well.

Have you been in California lately? all I can ask is WHERE ARE THE AMERICANS!!! I was in LA about 30 years ago and the demography was changing. I was approached by Mexicans who told me that they would "recover the land that belongs to them and was stolen by the US", they also told me that they would do this "one block at the time". These people like the chinese, africans and now the hindus have no qualms when it comes to pushing puppies. Today the Mexicans are everywhere in California, it's a disgrace, from San Diego to Oregon, and nobody put a cork on it.

to Rambo and every damm illegal alien in the U.S. GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!! Your own countries are supposed to support you, THEY have an OBLIGATION with you, not us, when will you get it thru your sick skulls. We have MILLIONS of people who SHOULD BE DOING the work illegals do, i.e. every able body on Welfare, anybody who is in jail for minor offenses, enough of the b.s. especially from muslims and mexicans, beware of them!!!

Have you been in New York lately? that place is another disgrace and I ask WHERE ARE THE AMERICANS!!! The Dominicans are everywhere, they are pushing puppies as fast as they can, mostly are *******s. The Hindus the same thing, the Africans, Arabs, and Orientals. The Dominicans (from Santo Domingo a filthy litte island that borders with HAITI) have taken over the streets in NY, even Manhattan, on the streets they bring out couches, chairs, tables, radios playing that awful music real loud, they gamble from 7pm until 3 or 4 am. Screw the neighbors who are trying to sleep, they couldn't care less. Also Dominicans are the major drug pushers in NY, they stand for HOURS in street corners, I mean HOURS. The NYPD are so overworked that can't do much, and when they arrest these animals they yell DISCRIMINATION.

We must stop all these people who come here to ab-use the system, they know EVERY TRICK. We must start by not giving them jobs, not shopping at their stores, don't buy their products, and most of all CHANGE THE LAWS and ENFORCE THEM.

i really just have a question? what happens when they deport all the illegal people and the kids are left here. then they all go into foster care. its semms very sad that we deport the mom and dad and then the kids have no one. don't you think it would cost more for us to raise them in foster care. then if we would allow the parents to stay here. maybe im wrong! but its happening all over the us, mom and dad got to work never to come back. don't you think that kind of traumatizes a child. they are really innocent in all of this fighting and arguing, but sadly they are the ones who will be hurt the most!!!!!

Can this F'N TOPIC stop finally? So many idiots still reply to this s-h-i-t that has nothing to do what this forum was meant to be here...

I am just now replying to this, cause truly I am getting tired seeing this topic appear on the list each time I come here...

It also makes me sick seeing members here, especially new members or signing up with few different names and pretending to be someone else such as "sickofillegals" etc....the names are known, who keep posting non sense here.

Do me and most members a favor and stop replying to this topic that has NOTHING to do with the webpage nor its forum which was made for question answers, experience and stories...
Not about f'n rude opinions from people with no education.

One things for sure, once few moderators are selected, topic like this won't exist. I have already e mailed the host about it!

And exactly who are you to judge?

I am just now replying to this, cause truly I am getting tired seeing this topic appear on the list each time I come here...

Why do you read that topic? You have the option NOT to do so

It also makes me sick seeing members here, especially new members or signing up with few different names and pretending to be someone else such as "sickofillegals" etc....the names are known, who keep posting non sense here.

Again, why do you read that topic if you don't like it in the first place?

Do me and most members a favor and stop replying to this topic that has NOTHING to do with the webpage nor its forum which was made for question answers, experience and stories...

Does it have nothing to do with the theme of this discussion board? I think there was some very constructive conversation going on. I think, it is important to know WHY people feel how they feel, do what they do in order to change something. The humans learn and grow through the exchange of opinions. The human race is meant to develop. You can not grow and develop, if you are stuck with your own point of view without having input from others. You don't have to change you mind, but you should at least listen. Otherwise you work against evolution! As long as the discussion it productive I don't see anything wrong with it

One things for sure, once few moderators are selected, topic like this won't exist. I have already e mailed the host about it!

And I am sure you " applied" for that position!

I agree.

Also agree; someone who cusses constantly is not exactly looked upson as being intelligent and is usually not taken seriously.

As far as the kids are concerned, why would the parents (assuming they are deported) just abandon them? I would think they would take them with them. The parents home country is where the kids would have been born in the first place if they hadn't came here illegally. Of course I don't blame the innocent children for their situation; the blame rests completely on the parents who knew this could happen when they chose to break the law and enter illegally.

One thing I would be interested to see is if (I think it's more of a matter of when) the amnesty thing happens, the president claims the ones who have been here for a certain period of time will be eligable for a pathway to citizenship. I would love to know how the illegal people are going to prove how long they have been here. You have to admit, most have no problems coming up with fraudulent documents when necessary. Also, when this amnesty thing passes, I am sure the numbers of illegal border crossers will skyrocket even higher and people who just crossed a few days ago will claim they have been living here for years.
