Hello... I am a US Citizen who brought her boyfriend from Brazil on a fiance visa, but we didn't end up getting married and we were told that it would be best for him to return to his native country before he was out-of-status.

My question is, has anyone heard of a situation where a 2nd fiance visa is requested? How much will it count against him if he wishes to re-enter the country at a later time?

(I'm looking for some examples or knowledge from previous experience, no racist opinions)

Thanks in advance.

you don't sound like an American born here, you became one, right? that makes you a Brazilian, because, only a Brazilian would marry one of those monkeys. If you are a REAL AMERICAN then you must look like a dog, because with the MILLIONS and MILLIONS of healthy, clean, stable, educated, and good looking American men you chose a monkey from a favela... tell you what, make it easier on you go to Brazil and stay there, in the land of 350 million illetarate blacks, go, get outta here.

sickofyourself

you sound like a pig not a person or american, you better not to judge people first because you are just a dog, second cause there are in the world millions of people better than you, and the reason you do not see them is the fact that you are dumb and blind.

listen big monkey, many pigs like you, made american women prefered to share their life with real men not stinky pigs like you, famous of their selfishiness, and their inability to say any good words, simply it is impossible for any woman to share her life with a huge donkey like you are. so it is sad but true if we make a survey you will find a lot of woman prefer the foreigners just because they have better compassion and more respect to woman than a cockroach like you.
