Yup, I agree. We don't have any kids, and we love each other. Some couples can't have children for some reason, so does it mean they don't love each other? --------- And this is my 2000 post on the forum! Yey!

My husband and I don't have children of our own, though given the fact that we had several miscarriages before two ectopics left us unable to, if anyone dared to use our childlessness to justify any suspicion of fraud or to claim we don't love each other enough, I'd probably go a little bit postal at them. Fredy, as a foreign bride, I also find your assertions rather insulting. Fat? Lazy? Diseased? *shakes head*. As for Michael, when I told my husband of your assertions towards marriage fraud (the whole forever and 20 kids thing), he couldn't talk for 10 minutes he was laughing so hard. I told him not to worry. Since I'm going straight to LPR he doesn't need to fret about VAWA and he certainly couldn't deport me.

well too bad.but just to let you know AIDS started in ethiopia,well,she should be so happy that she still alive ,I watch this movie years ago ,I think was"wrong turn" itis about these Ethipian men eating people.She is lucky ,he did not make her carnitas.The other problem is that most American with LOW SELF STEEM go to ather countries to get a partner.I"ve been in this country seven years ,I"ve seen it all.FIlipino women in their 20"s with an american man age 70.Over weight is another factor why people go to other countries .Soon they discover they have been used.Sad,sad, you can tell that Iam mean and rude but I just see things that people see but rather not to say anything .I say this again,If you want to get an illegal alien get a mexican they are easy to adapt ,is going to be cheaper ,in most cases you not even have to go to MExico ,you can get it in here.Go to a restaurant ,there are plenty working in the kitchens.The big sign Is children ,If they dont want to have children ,it is because they are planning on leaving after they get the GC.AROHA,iam not talking about you because unfortunatelly you cant have children, but I am talking about people who can but dont want to.I dont have nothing against Africans at all,just that some of them did not get their immunization shots,and others are addicted to eat humans which is really dangerous in our society.My baby Doctor"s was somewhere from there ,I was afraid she could eat my baby,the way he looked at her,and he had a big mouth,I changed doctors ,Iam relieved I did it.

May I remind you that most american men married to Filipino are dual citizen, meaning they have the same rights as their wife in the Philippines( I'm half french, half filipino born in Phil.)Im A USC married to an American and to tell you honestly my husband enjoys the country and the hospitality.And most Filipina women work and help their men on their bills, they don't sit around and make babies and claim child support ( that was your education I suppose).Im proud we have famous celebrities whose half Fil, Half American Phoebe Cates, Tia Carera, Lou Diamond Philips and many many more. Second, people in India are highly Educated, Men and Women. Third, not all mexican marries just to have a lots of babies, (like what you're promoting) Most are educated came here legally, some did good in the army and police service. Lastly , don't single out any race. Good ones always top the bad ones!! |

you know what you are right in some points.I"ve met some nice people from every country.about the immigration physical ,I almost forgot it I went through that,I lived in stanford and met some nice people from India,I just hate someone12 and that makes me say things about his people,I am wrong .I know there are some ugly people in El salvador,like in all the countries.grand parents were from spain ,so I dont look like a regular salvadorean but more like an european.I"ve never met anybody from Ethiopia ,just what I "ve heard ,they are canibals.Some times i say stuff that I think its funny but I shuold be more careful,sorry If i made you angry with my comments with that being said ,lets leave that behind.and lets go back to the issues,how are we going to help that woman to deport the Ethiopian,I would suggest hire a lawyer and go to USCIS and file a claim for marriage fraud.

Fredy before you make statements like you have, I would suggest checking it out whether it is fact or not, or just what you have heard or seen in a movie. Ethiopians are not cannibals, and AIDS did not start there, in fact first cases were known in USA first, but at the end of the day, no one will really know where it all started as we didn't have the know as we do now. Cannibalism can be found all over the world really, even cases in Europe. There are some tribes in parts of Africa that have also done it and still do, but to say Africans or Ethiopians are cannibals..is ridiculous. When someone does not know about a certain country or the natives of that country, it is quite amazing what naive stories come out from around the world. Like Speed pointed out, you preach about God and what mankind should be like towards others, yet you have recently said racial, prejudice and even made remarks towards women. I think you should practice what you preach Fredy, sorry to sound harsh but I don't like to hear people putting down countries or certain nationals. You can never generalize a country and their people just by knowing some people you have met or having been to the country once or twice. This guy asked a question, but all you have suceeded in doing is abuse, berate each other and expose your ignorance.
Now to answer the question:
1. THe guy is under a probationary period, so it is easy to have the GC reversed. However, she needs to prove that his intentions were fraudulent. SHe needs an immigration lawyer. Like someone else said, I will advise her to avoid all confrontations especially if no one else is present. Threats (no matter what the nature) are a definate no no.
