I enter in US on H2B visa,my employer was incorect and was stiling 5$ from every my hr and from housing rent money and asked me 3 time more for the extention of the visa/that actualy cost/.I only could work for him 8 months then find me other job and extend B1.I lost my status last year/didn't give me more extention then a month/My first employer been investigated and I been visited from autorities and ask to testify against him in criminal case. But immigrations give me removal procedure, then they apply/don't know how!?/for deffered action and I get autorization for employment for a year/maybe cuz of the apealing right on the defendent/Autorities refuse to sign me for U visa. What is next!?Do they realy going to deport me!?
Welcome to ILW! Have you discussed your situation with an immigration attorney? It seems a bit complicated and you would probably do best to talk to a professional. Good luck.
I will have a court day after a year or so.I been given deportation notice.Deffered action is not a status. If I leave before my court date they will proceed deportation even without me but I can't enter US for years after.

I believe that any removal proceedings will be halted while you are in deferred action status until the investigation into the actions of your former employer are concluded. Then you would have to return to your homeland and apply for another H1. You don't have status but you will not continue to accrue unlawful status while in deferral, UNTIL the outcome of the investigation.
