Is the waintig periods for I-130 (for LPR) differs by countries? I mean If somebody file from Austria (population 6 million, with low immigration rates to the US) has the same waiting periods like for example China or India?

Thank you very much for your answer. I'm not sure what is priorty date. I didn't file the petition yet. I thought that priority date comes after the filing. How can the priorty date be determined for certain country?

The priority date is the date when I-130 is properly filed, i.e. when USCIS received the petition and accepted it.
