My application for AOS based on asylum jut got approved and I am waiting for my green card. Does any body know if the green card will be dated back one year or it is going to be as of the date of approval. I hear two different things.....many people say it should be dated back one year by law for asylum based AOS.....your comment on this would be appreciated.
