Hmm... would be great, but unforntunately i was not, nor ever was to my knowledge, issued with this magic 13 digit number :(

All my letters have is an A+8 digit no

This is really great site, keep it up people and repeat the news as many time as possible just like the news in CNN hehehehe.

Likewise, what is the 113 digit number, I only have the A number and that too short. I have searched my documents from the INS, nothing with 13 digits.

IF IT IS TEXAS SRC=772

consists of :-

AAA 00 000 00000

3 letters followed by 10 digits.

if you have no active correspondence or proceedings with INS, you won't have that number. It's different from you Alien number!
It's a number that you receive than you put in an application or requested something with INS. It's a rather new thing and people on the "hooks" for the past few years, might not have it.

Yehr, I have been waiting in AZ for 3 years, hence no 10 digit #.

I put my 13 digit # and the response was that the INS doesn't have that # in their system. Is it normal? What should I do? Thank you

THE INFORMATION ONLINE IS THE SAME AS ON THE AVM SO CALL THEM

I did check my status with 13 digits on the LEFT SIDE OF THE NOTICE I'VE GOT. the 13 digits are not your GC A#........., It starts with SSC*XXXXXXXXX where x represents a number. It worked for me, but some other cases may be different than SSC*, it could be something else similar.
Check this out, THE NOTICE LOOKS ALMSOT LIKE THE FORM BELOW, IT IS NOT PERFECT BUT IT WILL HELP.LOOK FOR (APPLICATION NUMBER)

I forgot to mention that the total is 13 digits not 13 numbers. the one I have starts with SSC* which count as 4digits + 9numbers.
