Hi guys, I need an Advice how to convinced my employer about keep moving forward in the PERM Labor certification.

Currently I am running a Green Card Process through PERM Labor Certification, we were working in all the paper work, and actually everything was very easy due we had open an identical position like the one currently I hold (Network Systems Administrator, Sr), so we were taking advantage about all the paper work related with in order to get compliant with DOL. Everything was working beautiful up to when the attorney asked us to do the MANDATORY Ads, they did the ads in the local news papers, although those ads are not compliant with DOL due they only mention the name of the position offered and the they refer to out web site in order to see full and detailed job/position description and according with DOL is not allow to do the ads in that way. My employer does not want to re advertise due is very expensive to advertise the way the attorney is suggesting and the position was already advertised. Can you help me to convince my employee in order to do those ads ? What sort of arguments can I tell them in order to convince them ? thank you in advance for you advice. ms

The best arguement is that you are worth that expense. Can't think of any other reason.

Tell them that they have an incompetent attorney who messed up and they're spending money on him for a case that will get denied. Why don't you go see another attorney and see what their opinion is of what is going on.
