She can't apply for a tourist visa since she was deported. At least not until the ban time has been served out. The only other option is a family sponsorship. Even then it will be subject to waiver approval. Her siblings who are still here are subject to immediate deportation due to status. The only option they have is a student visa through sponsorship at a private school. Being they are still in high school F1 is not offered by the public school system. A question comes up here. Why did you guys leave your younger siblings here? As a parent there is no way in hell I would leave my kids at that age in a foreign country.

In all honesty it appears her parents are willing to sacrifice the safety of their children for a remote shot at coming here. Character is questionable with that one.

You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.

who cares? we don't need phony asylum seekers in our country....go ahead...apply for a student visa....see what happens.....no one will believe that you will return to Buenos Aires after your studies......and, you are inadmissable because of the "unfair" deportation....why is it that every dirtbag illegal always blames our laws instead of their own irresponsibility and unwillingness to obey our laws and tell the truth???

To study in the US the appropriate Visa is the F1, you have a link for more information.

With illegal presence you will also need a waiver, I-192 I think.

I would contact the Internalional Student office of the School you wish to attend, they will advise of the technicalities. I doubt they will know much about a waiver.

You can get a waiver for a Visitor Visa, you can go to High School on a F1.
