Hi everyone, I called NVC today to check on my Mother's approved petition,and was told that a case# was created,and that they are going to send form DS-3032 to my Mother in Mexico my Mom has downloaded, singed, and sent that form to me,may I send the signed form to NVC without the barcode sticker if I write the case # on it instead?,if so when should I send it? the Mexican mail sometimes is slow and unreliable and I would like to speed up the proccess..Thank you
