My husband's 90 days for interim EAD should be up in a few weeks, however we have no receipt notice from USCIS. I know he needs more biometrics, but we can't schedule them without that receipt notice. We called USCIS Customer service 30 days ago and they said that a new receipt notice would be send out since ours was returned as undeliverable even though the address was correct. Is there anyway to get the biometrics or interim without a receipt notice if we have the receipt number and receipt date from USCIS Customer Service line? Any advice would be great! Thanks!
