Common advice i hear is through H1b. But i guess this is only effective for those who are alredy in the states for obvious reasons. since i have no US based contact/friend or family, my job search these past month/years resulted to nothing.
A help from anybody who's aware of placement agencies/companys or sites that cater to prospective foreign workers will be appreciated.
