Hi,

Its time for my husband to renew his EAD. Last year, we filed for him under the i245, he was undocumented and illegal and we got married so I can petition for him. Anyway, we used an immigration consultant who filed all our papers. This year around, she's become very hard to get ahold of and his EAD is already expired by a week. So my husband is deciding not to wait for her response and file the renewal himself. Which form does he need to use? Do we need to send in photographs again? And what eligibility category should he use? Thanks for any help you can give us.

Lawyers lawyers... Did she gave you a copy of the old EAD application or actually the whole package? He needs I-765 form. I BELIEVE the category for LIFE ACT is (c)(24), do double check on the form instruction. http://www.ins.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm
