Report her to USCIS. The fraud she commmited on you will make her current marriage presumptively fraudulent as well. Revenge, cold or hot, is best served up better late than never.

And you base this on what exactly. However, some women do "abandon" their spouse for various reasons. The problem is, Mr. F is an accessory to the incident, and now is acting for revenge only. Furthermore, Mr.F girlfriend may not have had ulterior motives since it was clear that the relationship was not going to work out. More than likely, Mr. F did not or could not pay for the return flight for the girlfriend. And I get the sneaky suspicion that the timeline has not been revealed.
