And thank you for your contributions. This isn't just a green card issue. Her plan was to divorce after two years, and bring her (Korean) husband and son her. I realize how idiotic that sounds, but I really loved her. It's better I found out who she is now, than two years later.

(((I was suppose to marry the person I love so they could gain citizenship and bring over their family two years later, while "helping me" with money. She cheated on me. I left. She marries the guy she cheated with me on. What can I do.))) so you were only 16 when you were dating this 30 years old woman????? WTH??? did you actually file the i-130 for her? and what do you mea a place in calif that develop green cards?

You just have to report her to USCIS so when she tries to get her conditional status removed, she gets caught.

Mr. F, this forum has been fair to you considering your initial posting. You may not like all the replies to your posting but everyone of them has pointed out something noteworthy. You have made your mistake just like many of us have. You are too young to get into women problem. Do me a favor, leave your troubles behind and pursue your education till the end. In the end, you will find happiness and PROBABLY love. Best wishes.

Hey, thanks.
Don't be stupid. There isn't a place that hands out green cards. This place handles marriages, divorces, dating (for marriage purposes) and green card statuses.

In case there is still any confusion, she was 33, turned 34 about 3 months ago. I was 19, turned 20 a couple days ago. Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin Relationship was about 8-9 months long. She had a husband and son in Korea, divorced them to marry me. I was too young, she married my best friends brother.

Thanks a lot for all the advice. I'm going to try to move on, but do somethings the lawful way. My best bet is to expose that facility. I don't know what to call it lol
Green card, marriage fraud place? ICE HERE I COME!

She married your best friend's brother..jeez this gets worse lol

Mr F.. you don't think that this will come back at you and bite you in the rear end? You are not innocent in all this, so I would tread very carefully if I were you, because it won't take an Einstein for her or her new husband to know who reported them.

Yeah the place that deals with some shabby business, report them, but the rest..it could backfire.

Let's hope that there are no records of you anywhere too.

Very unusual for Japanese women to abandon hubby and kids in Japan. Very common for other Asians, like Koreans, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc because they are poor and desparate. She seems to have some issues, leaving family, then second hubby, the getting married a third time. Just report her to USCIS for fraud.

Thanks girl. We moved into my best friends house so the relationship could look "legit" before the marriage. I'm sure there are records, and I think that's why we almost actually did get married (the I dos, tuxedo, etc.) One things for sure, I'm never dating anyone with a degree in psychology again.

I'm going to say that we were going to get married, then she found out I was too young and married someone else a month later. That evidence, and the facility should be enough I hope. What do you think Red Face

And she wasn't Japanese, basically disregard age, nationality, and a couple months in the first post. She was Korean.

At minimum the facility itself should be reported. From there USCIS will investigate the marriages that originated from there, hers included.

Don't fall for the garbage that any culture has such high moral values, rubbish. People are people regardless the location. A soft voice and pouting lips are often a disguise for evil intent.

I think you're giving more credit than due. Its not like they raise their daughters and send them to 'Fool American school'. Its more to do with misaligning bad behavior with cultural difference.

If a women here does something you wouldn't hesitate to call that spade a spade. A foreigner does it and sometimes culture can be used as a cover. That is where the mistake is made. They eat weird food and live in grass huts. But the lies are universal.

Sure have. Been to Thailand, PI, Singapore, and Hongkong. If you hang out in a poor neighborhood in West Virginia and one of similar economic condition in PI you'll get the same result. Families +++ living in the same house. Most desparate for a way out.
