The Universal Life Church ordains inviduals giving them minister/clergy status authorizing them to conduct marraige ceremonies in various states in the USA.

If the individual getting married is a foreign national/citizen is there any case of problems or difficulties with the INS for application for residency/citizenship on the basis of such a marraige?

Can you advise me of state laws where if and when it could be a problem?

As long as you had a valid marriage licence, the person was authorized to marry you, and you are the opposite *** of your spouse, there shouldn't be a problem.
