Judge is not allowed consider paperwork filed on the case, means if you want to submit any evidence you have file seperately for bond because judge don't have access to his case file in bond hearing. if judge want his criminal history he will order Biometric before bond etc.. bond hearing is Different then actual case hearing and have nothing to do with case file.It will be seperate hearing, Also JUdge can be anyone. can be same judge who have his removal case or can be other immigration judge..
