I told you that if you attempted to enter America using the Visa-Waiver Program, you most likely would be denied, and returned to the U.K. At that point, having been denied entry, you'd be subject to a ten-year bar.

By the way, is that your new girlfriend's picture that you're using as your avatar?

OK, answer me this numbnuts. If your saying that if attempt to enter i would get this so called 10 year bar. I was on holiday last xmas in Canada. I fancied a few days in New York as i was near the border. So i went to The 1000 islands bridge. They wouldnt let me in cause i didnt have a return ticket. Nothing was mentioned about any bar. They just said sorry you cant come in, no return ticket. They didnt even stamp my passport..I wait your answer SundevilUSA

who gives a $hit what you want?
You are just an irresponsible dirtbag...period...so please....try to enter my country using your Brit passport....who knows..maybe you get a nice round 5 year bar to readmission...and won't I sleep better hearing that piece of good news.
What, do you think our laws should exempt you? Why? Because you spend every waking moment as a w anker?

William,
I know of a Brit who came over here recently a few months ago but don't know all the facts except it is very similar to yours.
He married a USC whilst visiting and also sligthly over stayed before he went back to UK.
His wife filed something not sure how far that went but anyway he tried to visit the US either at christmas or early this year and was refused entry. They had all his details on their system.
He had to go back and apply for a visa..not sure what one, probably the B2 visitors. He said it was not that difficult to do (US Embassy London)
He is here now but he was questioned somewhat again at port of entry but with that visa he got through.

Its up to you to take the chance, but my advice would be either go and get the visa anyway to make sure, or call or see someone at the US Embassy London (they charge a fortune calling them though).

I am not saying they wouldn't know but US immigration lawyer would not know as well as the US Embassy would imo.
Also at the end of the day, with all the security and all that these days, its the port of entry immigration you have to convince.

All the best

(from a fellow Brit) Smile

"mind change"...sure...and all these visa violaters changed their feeble minds right after baggage claim...what an amazing coincidence...but ...none of these w ankers, including William the W anker were prohibited from obeying our laws....none of these $hitbags were held against their will at gunpoint....all weep and whine and cry about our 'unfair" laws while their equally braindead desperate cows that they marry wring their hands and complain about how our laws shouldn't split up families, that all visa cheats and border jumpers should be rewarded, but they can never give a rational explanation as to why this should happen...instead, they hurl incorrect terms around like "bigot" and racist towards those who don't share their myopic and desperate view of the world...I believe that the only "VWP" that William can use is the Visa W anking Program"

S12 a.k.a. Mr. Doofus,

Do you retrieve your older postings and change the names? If they were of audio they'd sound exactly the same.

w_w1967 - S12 is roping you in just like he does everyone else. It would be best to take the high road and ignore him. He's nothing more than a mindless, spineless fool.
