Can I charge a man for having me perform sex with him when I don't want to? I explain to him that I am tired but he begans to stimulate me, touch me provocatively, and finally I give up. But I am stating to him: "I'm not sexually aroused. Leave me alone."

Record your conversations before the sexual act - that might prove helpful.

Oh! There weren't enough the stupidities of this alien's "rape" case, now OTHER "rape" cases to be filed! C'mon, get real!

Many states have passed rape laws for women raped by husbands already.

So now we're supposed to change our sex laws to suit illegal aliens? They never think they've done anything "wrong" do they. Why should this case be any different. A little girl loses her youth and an illegal alien thinks he shouldn't be deported. Oh geeeezus! I've heard it all now.

No, change laws to suit Americans, in the forst place! U'S is 100 years behind most of the countries of the world!

... such as 100's of countries that think "circumsicion" of females (which is rather female castration) or burning widows alives?

Pretty shocking subject line, right?
The United States and Iraq are allies? We can't be serious. . .right? Sadly, we ARE serious. . . quite serious, and this really should be upsetting to the American public. But, to be honest, we don't think very many people are paying attention. . . Despite study after study, survey after survey, all showing that more than 80% of parents believe that children should recieve full, COMPREHENSIVE sex education (which means that it teaches safe sex, it teaches about sexual orientation, and covers various methods of birth control), the Bush Administration continues to go out of its way to prohibit it.
The Bush Administration, despite splits in the Administration itself over sex education, has firmly established that it is at war, not with Iraq, but with sex and sexuality in America. Attorney General has placed a huge emphasis on morals-related law enforcement, including censoring the Internet, even to the absurdity of having the exposed breast of the Lady of Justice statue in Washington covered with a blue cloth (paid for by us tax-payers) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But that is small potatoes compared to the real battleground. . .sex education and AIDS education and prevention. At a recent World AIDS Conference, our Secretary of Health was booed off the stage and U.S. policy on sex education made the laughing stock in newspapers all around the globe. The U.S. has resisted all International efforts to fund AIDS education and prevention... Why? Because AIDS education and prevention programs emphasize SAFE SEX, rather than NO SEX. If the statistics about how many young people become infected with HIV every single day were not so shocking and dismal, our country's policy would be laughable.
In the September 2002 issue, the magazine "The Nation" carried a cartoon, which makes the point in a rather shocking way. But if you know why the cartoon was created, THAT is what is really shocking. That cartoon emphasizes what happened in a recent United Nations Resolution vote for global AIDS education and prevention funding. . ."When the United States delegation at the United Nations voted against a sex education plan to fight teen pregnancy and AIDS because it included condom use, the only countries that allied themselves with the American position were Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Syria, and the Vatican." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Think about that a minute. . .the ONLY countries sharing the United States nonsensical position on condom usage (because it sends a 'different message' than abstinence-only-until-marriage does) were
IRAN, IRAQ, SUDAN, LIBYA, SYRIA and the VATICAN.
These are the countries with whom we share the same point of view on sex and sexuality???
- In Iraq and Iran, 10-year-old girls are married off by their family to 45-year-old men for money.
- In the Sudan, 8 year old girls have their labia and clitoris sliced off (no anesthesia) with a razor so that they can NEVER experience sexual pleasure and will remain 'pure', and their vaginas are sewn up so they can be cut open by their husbands on their wedding night (again, no anesthesia).
- In Libya and Syria, females are stoned to death for having sex outside marriage.
- And do we really need to tell you that the Vatican & Catholic Church has some serious sexual repression and sexual abuse problems?
The current administration has fired the head of the Centers For Disease Control because she would not go along with the 'abstinence-only' party line and replaced her with one of their own. They have been laughed off-stage at world conferences and lampooned in many other countries, and Secretary Of Health, Tommy Thompson, was booed when he gave a speech at the Worlds AIDS Conference in South Africa this summer. When Secretary of State Colin Powel spoke his mind about the need to encourage condom use and responsible sexual behavior among teens, he was strongly refuted by the Administration. And the Administration is none too happy with it's own Surgeon General and the National Institute For Health, both of whom have stated the facts... that abstinence-only sex education is ineffective and irresponsible.
Abstinence is undoubtedly the sure fire way to be safe from life-threatening diseases like AIDS! It's not an option though. With all the stress you have to endure these days (especially in the United States) one'll crazy should s/he not do sex...

I wonder that this guy is still in US, and "only" in the deportation proccess, and then most of the people, who have NEVER did nothing wrong just want to go to the US, and then they don't get their visas, and have to pay so much money that they realize they can't pay that, so they better stay at their home contry. We people, who never did anything wrong, never got their back account down to 0, never did any traffic violation...ect. we get PUNISHED for people like that guy! Even if he was 17 when he did what he did, and even if (as he says) the girl consented on it......well, JUST THINK ABOUT IT, that there are still adults over 25 who are still give their consent to have sex with the other partner, and in the later years, they cannot regret what stupidity they made! I mean COME ON! I see, what those are saying who are supporting the guy, but just think about it people! Adults get married, have a child, and then divorce, and then feel bad for the rest of their lives that they screwed up their own lives, not talking about their child (who's not gonna see his/her dad/mom). I mean, what did you think a silly 13 year old girl, who thinks that 17 year old guy is HOT, would do? She doesn't even clear on what consequences can happen, just by having sex with a 17 year old hot guy! And even tho, the guy was 17 and not 21.....well, at age 17 people should have their common sense, and they should USE IT too! You don't have to be over 21 to know things like that! I'm not even 21 yet, and somehow I know what to do and what not to do? Of course, I'm a girl, so I wouldn't rape a 13 year old girl, but I wouldn't even start with a 13 year old boy! Not even with a 17!!!!!!!! And it's not because I think I'm such a big girl, that I hate those little creatures who are 13 and on.....it's because I'm not a pedophyl!!! And here's this guy (now man) who wants to stay in the US???????? Great! And here we are people, who are wishing to go to US, work there, get married (not at age 13!!!) and want to have a family, a house, a dog.......ect. and here we are suffering because people like that guy! We can't get visas, because US Dept. Of.St. thinks we might do the same. THANK YOU FOR INTRODUCING ALL IMMIGRANTS LIKE RAPERS! It feels really nice. I hope you will get deported really soon, and that when you get home, you'll look into yourself, and into your soul, and see why you deserve what you deserve. To be honest, you would deserve more...and I hope at least you are ASHAMED! I would've never ever put this post on!!!! BYe,

ANOTHER THING VERY IMPORTANT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IS THE FAMILY UNIT.
I FEEL IT WOULD BE A DISGRACE TO SEPARATE THIS FAMILY THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH. YES, I AGREE THAT A 13 YEAR OLD IS NOT OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE MADE A RESPONSIBLE DECISION ABOUT SEX AND IT IS USUALLY A MALE COERSION BUT WHY SEPARATE THE FAMILY NOW.
EVERY ONE MAKES MISTAKES WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG AND I DON'T KNOW OF MANY FAMILIES THAT DON'T HAVE SOME KIND OF SIMILAR PAST DYSFUNCTION. WE LEARN TO OVERCOME THESE THINGS IN OUR FAMILIES AND MOVE FORWARD AND TRY TO DO THE BEST WE CAN.
IT REALLY SOUNDS LIKE THIS FAMILY IS ON THE RIGHT TRACK TO OVERCOMING THEIR PROBLEMS.
WHY SHOULD THE WIFE AND CHILD HAVE TO SUFFER ANY MORE?????? WHY SHOULD THE FAMILY HAVE TO BE SEPARATED. WHY CAN'T AN ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM BE PUT IN PLACE FOR THEM AND EDUCATION ON HOW TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF DYSFUNCTION INSTEAD OF JUST DEPORTING HIM. IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS GUY WOULD BE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT.
MY HUSBAND IS ILLEGAL AND WE HAVE A CHILD TOO. WE CAN'T FIND ANY WAY FOR HIM TO GET HIS PAPERS UNTIL SOME LAWS CHANGE OR A 245 EXTENTION HAPPENS. I COULDN'T IMAGINE BEING WITHOUT HIM. I LOVE HIM. ID DOESN'T MATTER IF HE IS ILLEGAL OR NOT. I WOULDN'T WANT HIM TO BE DEPORTED AND HAVE TO RAISE MY CHILD WITHOUT HIS FATHER.
THINK ABOUT IT. NOTHING CAN CHANGE WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST WITH THIS FAMILY ONLY THE FUTURE!!

Exactly Angie -- and to think that this guy isn't illegal by now! Striping him of his green card and deporting him to El Salvador would be just plain stupid - he's not some kind of criminal, just a poor boy caught in passion when he was very young to understand the consequences of his actions.

You people are too much. He's "just" in the country illegaly. He "just " had sex with a child. What's next? He "just" robed a bank ? He "just" shot someone? You immigrants just do not seem to grasp the concept of "obeying" the laws. Whether they suit you or not.And if the USC who is married to the illegal can't live without him.,maybe they should both be deported being as she has the same problem with the laws.

to the first question..
i first havve to say that i dont agree with what you did to the 13 year old.. but now the problem is diffrent. depending on which state you live ion you may be able to claim that she was married to you by the use of common law marrige.. some states let you get by with the boy being 14 and the girl being 12 . with the consent of parrents..

MOST Americans are sick to death of the ruining of our value system(s), especially by immigrants who aren't ashamed of anything they do. They bring their third world values here and then just don't get it when Americans object to their behavior.
MOST thirteen year old girls in America need counseling when their youth and their futures are shattered, because they see their own peer group planning for a REAL "better life" through their talents and social activities to help them grow.
This immigrant needs to be DEPORTED IMMEDIATELY. And all of these notions about love - someone says they "can't live without" some other person in their life, and that is pure nonsense. Love is not about dependency, it's about two people each having their own stable identity and sharing the compatibilities they may have.
This young girl is still too young to know what life is all about, much less with whom she's compatible!!
