My mother filed for her visa through her sister who is a resident of the US in 1989. I was 10 years old at that time and my name was on the application too. I am 22 right now. The interview call for the immigration visa for my mother is expected within the next 2-3 months. All the papers have been sent.

My questions are:
-Am I eligible for a Greencard under the newly passed child protection act?
-What am I required to do for this?

I am on a Student Visa in the US right now.
