I entered in USA in 1998,Now I'm going maried with my real love,but I'm not divorced.,and I cant exit from USA to take divors.What I can do?

I am telling you only what I heard from a guy who was also in the same situation like yours...
His wife had to send some papers from his native country accepting a divorce, then the papers had to go thru consular processing in the US, I mean the native country's consulate in the US.

You would want to ask a lawyer about this situation though...

file a divorce her in US. the divorce court will give you divorce papers for your spouse to sign.

I think you better hire a lawyer. This is a legal thing that need legal expertise.
