my foreign wife was denied waiver and before i could get the letter telling that I can appeal their decsions, the 30 day window has gone . Since then I got confused and do not know what to do. Can onyone tell me how about to reopen the case since 2002. I will also welcome any input on what I should do at this point. mail me at alagbaere@yahoo.com.

You need qualified immigration assistance. Off hand, I don't know what you can do about reopening a case after the deadline. It might involve filing again. Please make haste to consult with a professional with experience in waivers. I'd also recommend you have a look at http://www.immigrate2us.net, where there are many waiver cases discussed.
