my foreign wife was denied waiver and before i could get the letter telling that I can appeal their decsions, the 30 day window has gone . Since then I got confused and do not know what to do. You need qualified immigration assistance. Off hand, I don't know what you can do about reopening a case after the deadline. It might involve filing again.
