how accourate are the processing time(from Texas) posted in your site

i understand that they are not to accurate if i receive no answer ,or nobody has an answer

The processing times are complete bull****! My I140 was received by vermont on july 30th 2002. They say they are working on i140's (nurses) received in june this year, yet I have received no desicion!
