When the beneficiary of a visa petition (F2B) have 3 dependents that is willing to include in his case, does he needs to make fill 1 affidavit for each one of the dependants additional to his, or it is enough to fill one and make copies for the dependants.

Make one affidavit of support for the person you're are going to sponsor then make a copy of that affidavit of support and have it notarized too for the wife/spouse&children immigrating with the sponsored person. Hope this will help.

Thats right. I have done before. Be sure to sign the affidavit in the presence of the notary public.

It's very important for me to know.
But, the lady that was helping my brother to fill the affidavit indicated him that he required 4 and she filled them and... of course...charge him US$80.00 each one...a total of US$240.00

Hope it won't create any problem on his case.
