I came to US and get a green card in 9/02, and my green card is valid for 2 years. We are getting devorce, so am I still a permenion resident and won't get deport out of US, Is it right ????

Sounds like what you have is a conditional green card. You have to have those conditions removed. You can do it yourself. This page will help you with that:

You must remove your conditions first. If you have a history of domestic violence and have documents supporting this, then you may qualify for removal of Condition as an Battered Women. You will have to prove that you entered in the marriage with a good faith and not for immigration purposes only. You should look for some Women's organizations or some social services like Catholic Social Services etc. and seek their help in this regard. If you are divorced before removal of conditions, then you might be deported to your country. Good luck.
