Hi CM. Well he dropped of payment at lawyers office one hour late then he should of. He was very close of having a warrant out for his arrest.
Thought all was well..but the tricky you know what had check made out to my lawyer not me, so I have to wait longer to get it now.
Court order was not modified so he will still have to obey orders, so we will see if he does it or not. Monday is the first one, if not he goes into contempt again and no chances.
How about you? Any news yet?

So he was surpose to makeing out the check to you?....No news yet i sent the money orders to my lawyers but i thought they sent it on the 18th but apparently it's not sent out yet (I-485) i just sent an email to my lawyer and i'm waiting on a response.They have everything they need but maybe they did sent it out i'llhave to wait for a response.

Yeah he was supposed to but I guess as it was not in writing he did want he wanted especially if it caused delay, as usual.
18th? wow. They are slow. Hope they get back to you soon then. It's more fraustrating when you finally get through one hurdle and hope things get moving but only to find something has slow the process down again. Need to pressure the lawyer for sure.
So are things back to normal for you now in the house? Did you manage to visit friends or anything?

Yeah things are back to normal she got back yesterday, had to go pick her up at the airport, i did not go visit was to lazy to drive to Jacksonville..lol
