Ok i have a question my friend called me like an hour ago and he told me that they just got a letter "intent to Deny" from USCIS..the had an I-130 interview in December but they did not get approved at the interview.Is there anything they can do?

Yes there is and of course depends what the reason he was denied but I am not sure of what the next step that follow. If Mike was here he would know for sure.

Ok well i know the case now goes totally to immigration court i say totally because he is already in removal proceedings so i guess the Judge will have total control over the case now.
