BBQ... or is it grilling? Mmmmm... lmao

Why did I mention the word BBQ!!!! It was an omen! I went out back and found my BBQ on fire! No not in it, on top of it!  Visitor didn't put cig out properly in ashtray and as it got windy set alight a bag with dry grass cuttings in it that was close by. Big ball of fire it was! Now my poor blue BBQ is black and the cover has melted and siding of house is black. Thank God my dog wanted to go out so I saw it. Oh well..at least some of it can be cleaned up and BBQ is still usable lol But most of all it didn't spread on house. So far, Speedie, Mrs. B. and I are celebrating our football teams' victories.  Now it's between Hudson and Caribbeanman. Am watching the Dallas game, and the Bengals look pretty hungry to me - lol!!!! Good luck to both of you! I'll stay neutral on this one. |

Proud, Hail to the Redskins That is what ESPN has on its NFL page. And this just in, Cowboys 31, Bengals 22. Yes, the Bengals gave a great effort, but my team was able to still pull it through. Need to have a talk with the defensive coordinator and DB's coach.

Thanks, Hudson! And to think I nearly turned my game off after Philadelphia struck twice early in the game - lol!!!! I thought the Redskins pulled themselves together real good. Congrats on your win too. At least the Bengals played with heart today. (CM - they will get a win soon). Mrs. B.'s hubby's team won too. So, most of us are happy campers tonight - lol! |
