2ack2 Do you chew tobacco Davdah?

Now I am sure you would tune in to the women's wrestling lol

I don't think Davdah will tune into women's wrestling, boxing, or martial arts. He knows the women in the lightest weight categories can take him two out of three rounds even though they would spot him one. 2biggrin5

Hey guys Smile

Do you remember some weeks back I mentioned about having letters from the US Census Bureau?

Well, ok I must admit, I totally forgot about it as it was last thing on my mind.

This morning I get an email from my realtor telling me that he had a call from them, and he wanted to let me know.

I just opened my front door to get my mail and found an envelope taped to me door (door bell not working).

Well, someone from the US Census Bureau has been here wanting to talk to me..and all the way from another State. weird.

She wrote a note on the letter asking me to call her so we an set up an appointment for this census thing. She knows my name so I guess Realtor told her not sure.

So, I guess this is real, and I guess I have to do it. I just don't understand why me or why its so important to get this info, especially if I am not going to live here for much longer.

I don't want to do it to be honest, so even though it states its the law, is it really biding? Silly question eh?
I guess I am still weary but wish they get the next owners of this house rather than me.

I guess I should not ignore letters like this again lol

In the package see if there is any official looking documents with phone numbers on it. Give it a call and see what happens.

It is odd they would send someone all the way out to see you in person. Are you British royalty, MI5, or something?

Well, it is real. I have called. And yes they do go out to peoples houses if they don't get a response. Its the law, and I have to comply unless I want to get into trouble. (Title 13, United States Code, sections 141,193 and 221). Jeez! lol
Very weird though, I'm not that important lol

They are going to call me later, she said I could do it over the phone.
She did get my first name from the Realtor,(got his number from sale sign) but the Realtor did not want to give her any other info, according to her he was very secretive lol Good Realtor Smile

The letter does look official and the business card.

DO IT OVER THE PHONE!!!! Big Grin Ask For A Receipt!!! LMAO!!! Still Use Caution If They Ask For Info? Ask Them What Info They Have First!!! Then Confirm Or Deny! If Their Info Is Way Off Track? Could Be Fraud!!!! The "REAL" census Bureau Should Already Have Your Info!!!

Do Some Research!
