I'm not laughing really, its not nice, but they are city peeps coming into country and were not thinking straight and didn't take our advice.

Oh well..live and learn I guess. (I didn't tell them about the scorpions lol)

No Sab, don't want to sell. Divorce krap. Ex made it go into foreclosure out of spite and no equity in it now, so not in rush to sell it if you know what I mean. People know its in foreclosure want to get it as cheap as possible, but not going to sell it with debt still to owing on it, would be madness. We can hold out for a buyer at right cost, but right now market is slow.
Yes you are right, good time to buy if a bargain.
