A lady came to view the house, she spent more time looking out my windows at the view and looked in every single cupboard/closet in the house. If she was a guy I would be very suspicious wondering what they were up to.

I thought the fact that my land was more like a tree mortuary since the ice storm, it would put her off, but she said..Oh it's ok, everyone has same problem.

Thank you...it was not a long interview she called my wife inand then i came in to join my wife a few minutes later...some questions were what kind of razor i use? where is the alarm clock?how many bedrooms and bathrooms in the house etc.

I would have flunked based of the type of razor question alone - lol! I haven't a clue what my husband uses!!!! Anyway, glad it was pretty painless!!! It's always good to hear positive stories with positive outcomes!

she ask me about where the alarm clock was located, how many bedrooms and bathrooms in the house how we met but she was nice....now my lawyer gonna file a motion to recalendar to have the case back in court but am gonna send the money for the I-485 and the I-765 for he can file it to the immigration court

great . yes you'r done dont worry about it. you'r in removal proceeding and the i-130 was the key for the whole case, denied i-130 means no status and deportation.an approved i-130 will open the doors and u will adjust for sure , the immigration judge is fair and he wont screw you like those idiots. just a little longer and u will get your green card
