good , make sure u put everything in order and if you have something new include it in your file aswell.doesn't matter how simple you think it's just take everything with you and walk in there and smile and dont worry at all , this will be the most important 45 min in your life

We just have one big file with all our documents in it

A lady came to view the house, she spent more time looking out my windows at the view and looked in every single cupboard/closet in the house. If she was a guy I would be very suspicious wondering what they were up to.
She seemed happy but I really don't think she was really interested unless food cupboards and closets is what she is looking for LOL
Maybe she was just being nosey, I did hear someone nearby wanted to know how much my house was going for, maybe to compare hers.

I thought the fact that my land was more like a tree mortuary since the ice storm, it would put her off, but she said..Oh it's ok, everyone has same problem.
Now I have to find those things that I hid away before the viewing...silly me lol
