LMAO! Well, I'm sure ya'll had a good time anyway! We had a storm hit Saturday while we were out on the water and our anchor got stuck - lol! Our luck! But, it didn't ruin the day. At least we were able to get her back in the slip. Normally with high winds, we can't manage, but the stuck anchor made us ride out the storm and things calmed down a bit when we got back to the marina. Summer weather is always a thrill, lol!!!!!!

Well guys and gals I hate to leave ya but it's after 10 here and this Welsh boy has been up since ohhhhh 6:00 am and is falling asleep at the keyboard so I am gonna say good night to you all!

Last time I visit Virginia Beach, I remember
riding the Pirate Ride I got sea sick, darn can't handle the ocean lol. I enjoy the seafood
there Proud, Captain Geaorge Rest. I think.

In here we got Michigan Lake and most river
right now the current is so high so no boating
lol.

There are many who cannot handle the ocean, Speedie. Alot of the passengers on the cruise ship had to wear those dramamine patches behind their ears to help with the motion sickness. It wasn't too rough, but there were times while walking you felt like you were drunk - lol!!!!

I understand about the current too. Our boat is on the river, so we normally don't have too much of a problem, but there have been times when the currents have been too strong to take her out. Those are the times we usually spend cleaning and making repairs - lol!!!!

So good to see you here! I was wondering where you've been! Yes, the holiday was fine, but now it's back to the real world - lol! Time to plan the next one to have something to look forward to. Hope all is okay there and you guys aren't having too many storms. We had a pretty good one this afternoon, but it has blown over now and the sun is trying to come back out. Yes! Hopefully, that means a nice day for tomorrow!

Yes, MIR, we've had our share for sure this Spring! I actually thought about running for cover this afternoon - lol! It got so dark and poured buckets. Ruined my trip to the grocery store - lol (not that I enjoy it all that much anyway).
