I suffer insomnia usually hence why I can be found during graveshift hours.

Tonight though..busy painting and getting house ready for a viewing tomorrow morning. It's kind of funny, house is always tidy and clean but suddenly I can see finger marks on wall or cupboards not tidy enough lol

I don't usually have insomnia, Sprint. Normally sleep like a baby. Is there a full moon tonight - lol!!!! The full moon normally gets me every time!!!

Good luck with the preparation for showing the house. I know that can be alot of work and all the imperfections that were once easily ignored are now screaming at you for attention - lol!

It's been a long time since I sold a house, but I remember well going through that ordeal. At the time, I had a 14 month old and was 7 months pregnant with my second one (and 2 dogs - lol). It was next to impossible to keep the house tidy (and hide the dogs). We got through it, though, as I'm sure you will. And, I agree, being there during open house has its advantages. Just make sure you follow them everywhere - they won't stay long!!!! Probably not a bad idea hiding the toys, too.
