Having a friend of a friend come around tomorrow afternoon to look at the boiler/water heater.
It stinks of stale water in here now.

My boiler or water heater in garage leaked (loads of water) Water then came through baseboards of the walls into house, flooded 2 rooms and the garage is flooded.

Too late to call someone, so have to wait until a friend's friend comes tomorrow.
