Ok here is a question if anyone can answer for me please...

Does it matter what property size you give the county to pay the property taxes?
Or does it go up, depending on land size or what?

The reason I ask is, people who came around yesterday to view house, and now who have put an offer in (Frown), it says on the listing, that my property is far less than it is.
It should be say 2.4 acres, but they have it as 1.6. Realtor said that the info came from county hall, and that is taken from what we (ex) claimed when paying property taxes.

Should I worry? And how do I go about fixing this as I am selling for 2.4acres not less.

Good morning Hudson, well frustrated I guess lol

I was cutting my son's hair last night because he was nagging me to.
My son as kids do, didn't listen to me and thought he would take the shears apart to clean them. Bad mistake, shears wouldn't work properly.

Well I started to cut his hair, and it wasn't cutting right. After an hour or so, trying to get the blade set right over and over again on the shears, my son's hair was only half cut.
Now the shears don't work at all, and my son has a head like Friar Tuck LOL
He can't go to school looking like that, so I have to wait to find someone who can take us to a hairdresser to finish cutting his hair.

I have to laugh though, because it does look funny lol

I still don't know what excuse I am going to say to the school when I call them regarding his late attendance lol

There is only one way to teach a kid not to take apart the shears, have him look like this:

Funny thing is, he took a picture of a before and wanted to take one, for a after.
Now I got one for the..half done, so we can keep it for memory (or to show his future wife Wink) lol

Morning to you, Brit! It's sunny and nice here (so far), but rain is on the horizon, I'm afraid (just in time for the weekend Frown). But, I will figure out a way to make the best of it!!! Smile
