Hi Mike i was busy yesterday and i had soccer practice anyways my file arrived at the local office and it's in the department that handles I-130 interviews however the lady told me that i can expect the interview letter anytime but she did say that they are backed up but they are getting caught up so she said it could be 2-3 months wait or sooner she wasn't sure but my wife and i went down to the congressman's office and she signed the privacy release statement and they told us they will get on it so hopefully i'll get the nterview soon.

hey caribbeanman how r u , hmm thats bunsh of lies, your i-130 has been pending for 1 year almost and they passed the normal processing times long time ago and they cann't keep u stuck for another 3-4 months, thats bull**** but it happens somethimes, but if the congress office gets envolved they will speed it up for u believe me , they did the same thing with me , they told my wife 4 months and once they called over there they send us the letter after 5 days

hey caribbeanman how r u my friend, iam sorry about the phone but i guess i was still sleeping lol, but yea when they tranfared the file to the local office they told us it will take 4 months or so but when the congress office called there we got the letter in few days only so there is a hope dont worry, they have power over little things like that , it's not like to speed up an appeal or something, thats no big deal. hi sprint how r u , yea it stopped so far lol , hopefully no more

Yeah beacuse he told us within a week he should get an answer seeing that my file is already there but if it wasnn't at the local office it would take them a month to give congress office an answer.
