lol, Brit. So do you have any recommendations on how to prevent ear blockage? I have a hard time with take offs and landings - my ears get clogged - painfully so, and I can't unclog them - sometimes it takes a few days! So, I walk around deaf - not fun!

That doesn't work for me, Jake. I've even tried ear plugs! So, if we do have a meet up, you might have to shout so I can hear you - lol!

PUSC: You could try taking some Sudafed before ya fly. I find that stuff is a good decongestant. Maybe try taking it a day or two before. Or try inhaling Karvol or Vicks (menthol crystals). That can work well after the event.

Avoid the pollen season if you can.

Thanks, Brit. Anything is worth a try. I don't have any allergies, so pollen isn't a problem. It usually only happens when the pilot ascends or decends too quickly. Maybe I will luck out and have a 'smooth' pilot next week.
