He is known for his roles in The Ten Commandment, Ben Hur, The Agony and the Ecstasy, Planet of the Apes, and El Cid. He also served as President of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Film Institute, and the NRA.

I did read about Charlton Heston this AM, Hudson. Very sad. He sure left a mark and will be remembered for eternity.

My son asked me last night if I knew Charlton Heston (well yes but not personally of course), and I explained who he was and what movies he was famous for.

He remembers some of those movies as growing up I liked for my son to watch old classics. My son's favorite was Ben Hur and Earthquake (well my son loves anything like that lol)
Charlton was definitely a great actor and produced some awesome acting in many classic movies of all time.

Sad he passed but I think he had a very interesting and fulfilling life.

It was even less fun dragging the stuff back to the truck with no umbrellas. We were soaking wet - even the poor dog! I'm sure I don't need to tell you how bad a wet dog can smell??? Lol!!!! Anyway, we're all dried off now and back home (and, of course, it stopped raining when we got here - lol)!!!

Wet Dog Smell, Rainy Boating Adventures, Racing the weather, Filling the boat with gas and forgetting the jet Ski. LOL. Potomac doesnt seem that big When the tank is full.
