Ummm not so sure for laptops really.

IT might be worth checking online, because sometimes you can download the programme, especially if it is no longer available. I know we have downloaded software where we have lost the discs, especially with the Imac.

Failing that, maybe you can obtain a copy of the disc online somewhere.

By the way, are you sure you have deleted it completely? Sometimes even if you click delete it may have not wiped it completely.

Well, the problem is with the windows is there is usually a certificate number. You can technically use it in another computer even though they don't like you doing this as it is really supposed to be used for one computer.

If I were you though, I would do a back up of your hardrive before you delete everything off you laptop.

It sounds like you are having same probs as my friend. Remember I told you she had the fan probs, well the overheating ended up screwing up the hard drive. She re-installed in the end.
