sorry guys for my missing info, anyway.. a just arrive last feb 2007 here in u.s,together with my brother,with immigrant visa, i just wondering why my brother recieved his green card for only 3 weeks, my question is why is my greencard didnt mail yet? its almost 3 month from now, pls can you give me some advice, thnx!!!

It all depends on what type of immigrant Visa you came, and who made the petition for you, what documents have been submited thus far and also if there is an interview required....please give more detailes....!!!!!
thnx for ur reply, my brother and i has f2b family base petition, my father petiton us, as additiion, we almost have done all requirements like interview in us embassy, fingerprinting, etc.. i dont know why they are delaying my gc, did you think theres something wrong? pls help thnx!

SInce this is a second preference, you have to understand that there might be delays, it may be from the fbi name check, or fingerprint check. What I sugest you do if you are in USA already make an infopass appt and see exactley what is going on. But I would not worry since your brother has been already approved. Good Luck!!

...sap2day is way beyond that stage. He entered on immigrant visa!!
I think it is a simple question of mailing it... a misplaced paper. Call USCIS and see how long you have to wait before you can make some formal complain.
