I had my wallet stolen and have neither my green card, social security or license or registration.
I came to the US when I was 2 years old and my parents became citizens shortly after. I have no birth certificate, so what are my options now? I need a copy of my license, but no one will even bother to help unless I have a birth certificate, green card and/or passport. I have neither.

...you are saying that you carried a GC and the SS card in your wallet...hmm. bummer

Go the Embassy of your Country of Birth and they will issue you a birth certificate.

Oscar, did you ever have a green card or social security card? I can't tell if that was stolen, or if you never had these and need them.

Why were you not naturalized with your parents as a minor child?

You can get a duplicate GC from the INS. It just may take a while and you may have no license. Although I find it surprising that they would ask birth certificate for a duplicate license. I thought any photo ID should have worked.

I had both a social security card and green card it was stolen as well. I do not know exactly why I was not naturalized when I was a child, but I believe the answer is because I was a minor it was automatic.
When I signed up for 2 years in the Army they checked it out and found out that this was the case as well. This was in 1987.
I do not believe I have copies and signs all over the DMV say no copies. My DMV website says state income tax forms, current pay stub credit card or photo id. But when you appear in person everyone looks like a terrorist these days so I'm stuck in limbo, not dead, not really alive.
The DMV has to be the worst state organization these is. Why make you take a photo if they can't verify who you are. My license# should be enough for them to look up my record. I mean I only just renewed my registration last month and my licensed was renewed November 2002.
