I think I know the answer to this, but I thought I would check in case I am wrong. I am about to graduate from grad school and would love to have my spouse here with me for that moment. However, she is facing a bar and we are currently in the process of filing for the waiver.

Is there any possibility that she could be granted temporary visitation rights or anything else for that time period.

I doubt it because there might be the possibility for her to stay in the US once she gets here.
