I am trying to adjust status thru marriage to USC . when submitting allthe I- forms is the medical exam form be submitted at the same time or does that come later on .. do I also need to submit the Biographical data for my spouse(who is the usc)
Hi! If you requested the forms from BCIS website, all the forms come with instructions on how to fill them out & what documents are required. You can also download files online.
Go to BCIS website and it will give instructions on what forms & fees are required; & what are the supporting documents (marriage certificate, proof of US citinzeship, birth certificate, photocopies of income tax, passport, I-94, employment letter, pay stubs, etc) that needs to be submitted.
I submitted my medical exam (in sealed enveloped) together with my AOS (adjustment of status) application. The doctor gave me copy for my own file. You and your husband should fill out a separate biographical form.
