does anyone know how long after becoming a citizen you can sponsor someone for a green card,
i got my green card through marraige 2 1/2 years ago and just split with my wife and we are getting divorced (found out i married a physco), i am going to go for my citizenship and wondered how long it would be after getting citizenship i could sponsor my new girlfreind for a greencard she is a uk citizen and is in the usa ? any help would be appreciated.

I guess everyone is asleep. The short answer is there is no time restriction.

I would recommend you have a CAT scan and MRI of what is inside your skull.
From what you post it sounds like you may have a vacuum there.

3 yrs, if married to USC, 4 yrs if admitted as refugee and granted LPR or since been granted LPR as asylee, 5 years if LPR under any other category, with some exceptions.

Last Time I Checked? I Think It Was 10 years? Might Have Been 30 For Fraudsters???? But Both Spent The Majority Of That Time In Guatonimo!!! No fret!!! I Hear The Rats They Serve For Dinner are delicious! 2drool5

I mean wife. If I'm not mistaken cheating on the wife can still be considered lack of good moral character and a bar from citizenship.
