has anyone received an e-mail stating that a card or letter /pacage was returned by the post office as undeliverable?? this is regarding my green card ,i spoke to a girl last night and she received the same e-mail

Yes, it happens.
Just call the USCIS and tell them to re-send it.
It's a routine, just a little more delay.

thanks for the info ,i guess i will just sit and wait !!!! i spoke to uscis on the phone a few weeks ago ,the lady i spoke to said i was able to travel and that my k3 had been extended when i extended my i94,i have since been to the atlanta office and was told no i cant travel,do you know if i could report this telephone conversation ,i think it is bad that they give out the wrong info ,i could have travelled trusting her info and not been let back in

You (most likely) didn't speak to USCIS , but to CSR working for private contractor.
Latter know about immigration law little more than plumber knows about composing a music (Actually I might be wrong, some plumbers could be Mozarts compared to CSR reps).


If you need an advise consult an immigration attorney, for info try to speak to Immigration Officer directly.

Next time ask him to play on piano.
Probably will sound as good as CSR Reps advise on immigration.
