I came to us on B1 visa, same company converted B1 to H1, H1 receipt date was before expire of B1 but not approval date and not stamped in my country consulate, meanwhile applied for 245(i) which is still process of labor certification. Now I need to go to India for 1 month.

Am I eligible for AP?

Is there any problem of traveling without any problem? Please advise
