I heard a lot about the DOL processing times. I do have an employer that is willing to hire me and we filed the ETA750 some days ago.

According to the processing times of DOL in Atlanta the approval process will take 1,5 years or more!!!

I cant believe that the approval times for the ETA750 Labor Certification are so long!

Since my B1 visa will expire soon, am I going to be kicked out? Red Face

You call that "long"???

Be happy it's not longer, and be happy that an employer would sponsor you in the first place, as so many people wish they can be sponsored, but they are not. And you are. But you complain about "long". Oh, well...

My concern is about if I'm going to be kicked out or not. I can wait 10 years for the papers if I will be able to work and STAY here.

My advise will be to try and see if you can
extend your B1 visa in the meantime.

My Labor Certificate is already pending for
almost 2 years. So don't bargain on the 1.5
years...
