Depika,
Yes it did and I took them, but he never asked for them. He made do the I-765 form at the very end of the interview.

Shabber; When you filed your I-687 application did you sent with your application 2 photos for the I687?
How about I-765 did you file this form with the I-687 and also did you attached two photo with it? Did you know which code he wrote on form I765 instead of the one your lawyer wrote?
Is this your first or second I-687 interview? If it is your second interview was it with the same immigration officer or it a different officer? How about the kind of question was it the same or not?

Depika,
When I filed the I-687 I did give them 2 photos, this was back in December 2005 If i recall correctly.
The I-765 I currently have is from the LIFE act case, thats why I didn't apply for one through the I-687 case. I don't know what code he wrote on the form, since my lawyer had typed up the information on that form I remember when the officer took the completed form he said "oh the code will have to be changed to ..." I forgot what he said exactly.
This was my first interview based on the I-687.

Shabber Most likely the USCIS will send you appointment to do biometric if they goanna sent you EAD, unless the EAD will be or act as your temporary card as Freedom1 got. Shabber did the immigration officer took your index finger print (usually they do that to put it on the card or may be they will do that after the director approve your application)
The EAD code for I-687 css/lulac is C 22 The EAD code for I-485 LIFE Act is C 24 May be you can check with your lawyer, may be he recalls what is the code the immigration officer wrote.
Shabber, what is the reason the USCIS denied your LIFE Act I-485 application? Did you appeal to AAO in Washington?any outcome?

Well I sure hope it is the card like the one Freedom1 got! The immigration officer did not take my index finger print. The LIFE Act application was probably denied because of lack of evidence. At the time I had my LIFE Act interview, I didn't take any pictures or affidavits, just a few personal records. This was back in 2003. For the I-687 I had submitted significantly more documents, pictures, and 6-7 affidavits from family relatives and friends.
Regarding the I-485 I would have appealed but I never received any notification in the mail that they had denied it. It was only during this interview that he made a passing remark that your I-485 was denied this past December.
